I have worked at IMV imaging since 2015.
As a Lead IT Service Engineer, with a degree in Computer Networking and Support (BSc), I manage the smooth operation of the remote support engineers, provide support services to the field engineers and provide support for repairs at Head Office, where required. The report support engineers work swiftly to get imaging equipment functioning when a fault occurs, whether it be at a practice or in a stable or farm.
I am also the company lead for our out of hours remote support team and the analysis, design and support of PACS/ Image Management Systems from IMV imaging, due to my expertise and interest in computer networking.
When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my sons, keeping my mind active and going walks in the fresh air.
