Overview

GE’s flagship ultrasound system, the cart-based LOGIQ E9 provides superb imaging in a wide range of species and applications.

Highlights of the GE LOGIQ E9:

  • A true shared service system capable of producing the highest quality abdominal images as well as cardiac capability (requires cardiac option for CW Doppler and ECG)
  • XDClear - uses the latest probe technology to produce an increase in penetration without sacrificing clarity
  • Highly sensitive Power Doppler for detecting low velocity blood flow
  • Large 19” fully adjustable monitor with additional 7” touchscreen provides excellent image quality and operator comfort whilst scanning
  • State of the art imaging modalities such as Coded Contrast, 4D, Elastography and B-Flow to aid your diagnosis
  • Auto Optimisation allows you to achieve the best imaging settings in one keystroke
  • Virtual convex function produces a wider field of view allowing more use of linear probes
  • B-Steer+ needle recognition software to increase biopsy accuracy.
  • Volume navigation fusion imaging – merge real time ultrasound with previously acquired CT and MRI images for side by side comparison
  • Volume navigation needle tracking – visually track your position during a scan and use GPS like technology to mark lesions and points of interest
